Outdoor Gear Lab (Joshua Hutchens, August 2025) tested the step-through and gave its standover height as 18 inches, calling accessibility a strength. Electric Bike Report (John S. Bozick, December 2025) put the standover at 16 inches, gave a rider height range of 4’11” to 6’1”, and noted a little more frame flex than on the high-step frame, which it considered acceptable for general use. Electric Bike Review (Mike East, December 2025) said the bike fits riders from 4’11” to 6’4” across its frame options.

Range and power

Electric Bike Review reported about 62 miles at low assist and 34 miles at top assist. Outdoor Gear Lab measured 28.3 miles on a route with more than 1,300 feet of climbing, and scored hill climbing 8.5 out of 10. Electric Bike Report reported 32–60 miles and hill-climb times of 1:19 on throttle and 1:13 on pedal assist. All three called the torque-sensor assist smooth and natural.

Comfort, security and braking

Outdoor Gear Lab praised the 80 mm fork and 50 mm suspension seatpost and the ACU’s tracking and wireless locking. Electric Bike Report measured a 21 ft 6 in stopping distance and described it as shorter than its category average; Electric Bike Review thought a bike this heavy might benefit from four-piston brakes.
